ORDINANCE.

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:

SECTION 1. That the ordinance (02010-5482) introduced by Alderman O'Connor (40^th Ward) on November 3, 2010 to exempt Asian Human Services from city fees under its not-for-profit status and printed on page 105097 of the Journal of the Proceedings of the City Council of the City ofChicago is hereby corrected by deleting the words: "October 1, 2010 to September 30, 2010" appearing in 16^th printed line from the top of the page and inserting in lieu thereof the words: ""October 1, 2010 to September 30, 2012".

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect after its passage.
