CONGRATULATIONS EXTENDED TO BRUNO A. CASSETTARI ON BEING INDUCTED INTO THE 2011 CHICAGO SENIOR CITIZEN HALL OF FAME.
WHEREAS, Bruno A. Cassettari, 82, well known for his volunteer work with the Sauganash Park Community Association, has been inducted into the 2011 Chicago Senior Citizen Hall of Fame; and
WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of this significant occasion by The Honorable Margaret Laurino, Alderman of the 39th Ward; and
WHEREAS, Bruno A. Cassettari, is active in all issues of interest in the community including zoning and local beautification, has been an officer with the Sauganash Park Community Association for the past 11 years, recently serving as president; and
WHEREAS, Bruno A. Cassettari, whose efforts have resulted in increased involvement from community members and local businesses, has an enthusiasm for community service that encourages people of all ages to get involved, now, therefore,
Be It Resolved, That we, the Mayor and members of the City Council of the City of Chicago, gathered here this eighteenth day of May, 2011, do hereby extend our heartiest congratulations to Bruno A. Cassettari on being inducted into the 2011 Chicago Senior Citizen Hall of Fame, and wish her every success in any an all of his future endeavors; and
Be It Further Resolved, That a suitable copy of this resolution be prepared and presented to Bruno A. Cassettari.
