. SECTION 1: That the Chicago Zoning Ordinance be amended by changing all the CI-2 Neighborhood Commercial District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 6-G in area bounded by:
A line from a point 127.30 feet northwest ofthe intersection of South Pitney Court and West 31 st Street as measured along the easterly right of way line of South Pitney Court and perpendicular thereto; the alley next northeast of and parallel to South Pitney Court; West 31 st Street; South Pitney Court
to the designation of RS3 Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District and a corresponding use district is hereby established in the area above described.
SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall be in force and effect from after its passage and due publication.
