BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.  Pursuant to Section 11 -12-540 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner the Department of Water Management is hereby authorized and directed to cancel assessments, notwithstanding other ordinances of the City of Chicago to the contrary, in the amount of $331.95 against Holy Family House for Single Mothers, Totus Tuus Foundation, for their premises located at 2816 N. Lawndale Ave., Chicago, IL 60618, Account No. 799085-492042.

SECTION 2.  This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and due publication.
