BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That the Executive/Director of the Mayor's Office of Special Events is hereby authorized and directed to issue all necessary permits and fees, free of charge, notwithstanding other ordinances of the City of Chicago to the contrary.
