CITY COUNCIL JUNE 8, 2011

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That the Executive Director of the Mayor's Office of Special Events is hereby authorized and directed to issue all necessary permits and fees, free of charge, notwithstanding other ordinances of the City of Chicago to the contrary.

For: Arts Alive! Old Irving Park festival

On the premises located at 3815 N. Kedvale Avenue

On the date and time of: Saturday, June 11, 2011 from 3:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m.

SECTION 2 This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage and publication.
