ORDERED, That the Director ofthe Department of Revenue is hereby authorized and directed to issue the following licenses and permits, free of charge, to Saint Stanislaus B&M for special event "Saint Stanislaus B&M Church Festival / Carnival," scheduled to take place July 21. 2011 to July 24,2011, at 5352 West Belden Avenue;
