BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 11-12-540 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Water Management is hereby authorized and directed to cancel existing water and sewer assessments, notwithstanding other ordinances of the City of Chicago to the contrary, assessed against:
