ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the Bl-2 Neighborhood Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 26-E in the area bounded by

East 103^rd Street; a perpendicular line to East 103^rd Street 33.51 feet east of and parallel to South Vernon Avenue; the public alley next south of and parallel to East 103^rd Street; South Vernon Avenue,

to those of an RSI Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District. SECTION 2. This ordinance takes effect after its passage and approval.
