MACERICH MANAGEMENT Acct. No. 88194-2 Permit No. 1096372
Be It Ordained by the City Council of.the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to MACERICH MANAGEMENT, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to construct, install, maintain and use eleven (11) Kiosk(s) on the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 520 N. Michigan Ave
Said Kiosk(s) at First Floor measure(s):
One (1) at two point five eight (2.58) feet in length, and two point five eight (2.58) feet in width. Said kiosk shall have a height of eight (8) feet.
Said Kiosk(s) at First Floor measure(s):
Two (2) at three (3) feet six (6) inches in depth and eight point five (8.5) feet in width. Said kiosks shall have a height of six (6) feet nine (9) inches.
Said Kiosk(s) at First Floor measure(s):
Two (2) at three (3) feet in depth and four (4) feet in width. Said kiosks shall have a height of six (6) feet one (1) inch. Said Kiosk(s) at First Floor measure(s):
One (1) at twelve (12) feet six (6) inches in depth and seventeen point four one (17.41) feet in width. Said kiosk shall have a height of nine (9) feet six (6) inches.
Said Kiosk(s) at First Floor measure(s):
Three (3) at two point five eight (2.58) feet in length, and two point five eight (2.58) feet in width. Said kiosks shall have a height of eight (8) feet.
