AMEND LOADING ZONE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO
Section 1. That an ordinance passed by the City Council on June 9, 2010 page #93721 of the Journal of Proceedings which reads, West Hubbard Street (north side) from a point 128 feet west of North Clark Street to a point 30 feet west thereof - 15 minute loading zone - use flashing lights - 5:00p.m. to 2:00a.m. (10-00539228), in designated area, be and the same is hereby amended by striking there from, the following:
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force hereinafter its passage and publication.
5:00p.m. to 2:00a.m.and inserting in lieu thereof
10:00a.m. to 2:00a.m.

— 25 feet — loading zone -- at all times" by striking the above and inserting: "South Wabash Avenue (east side) from a point 80 feet south of East 13th Street to a point 75 feet south thereof-loading zone/tow-away zone -11:00 A.M. to 12:00 A.M. (2nd Ward) (10-00405619).
SECTION 3. Repeal ordinance passed March 5, 2003 [Journal of the Proceedings of the City Council of the City of Chicago, page 1051^6) which reads: "West 63rd Street (north side) from a point 185 feet east of South Central Park Avenue to a point 50 feet east thereof -loading zone - 8:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M." by str'king the above (15th Ward)(10-00256624).
SECTION 4. Amend ordinance passed May
1, 2002 (Journal of the Proceedings of the City
Council of the City of Chicago, page 84294) which reads: "East Ohio Street (south side) from a point 97 feet east of North State Street to a point 75 feet east thereof — 15 minute loading zone - use flashing lights - tow-away zone" by striking: "loading zone" and inserting: "standing zone" (42nd Ward) (10-00180121).
SECTION 5. Repeal ordinance passed February 10, 2010 (Journal of the Proceedings of the City Council of the City of Chicago, page 8|4663) which reads: "112 West Hubbard Street - 30 feet -- 15 minute loading zone/tow-away zone - 5:00 P.M. to 2:00 A.M. - Monday through Sunday" by striking the above (42nd Ward) (10-00539228).
SECTION 6. Repeal ordinance passed April

SECTION 8. Repeal ordinance passed June 3, 2009 (Journal of the Proceedings of the City Council of the City of Chicago, page 6399p) which reads: "North Clark Street (west side) from a point 56 feet north of West Arlington Place to a point 80 feet north thereof ~ loading zone — 9:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. — Monday throigh Saturday - tow -away zone" by striking the above (43rd Ward) (10-00447045).
