ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. The City Council finds that the areas described in Section 2 of this ordinance are adversely affected by the over-concentration of businesses licensed to sell alcoholic liquor within and near the' areas.
SECTION 2. Section 4-60-022 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by replacing subsection 4-60-022 (40 9), which was previously deleted as shown in the Journal of Proceedings of May 12, 2010 at pages 91362 through 91363, with the following underscored text:
4-60-022 (40.9)
On Clark Street, from Ridge Avenue to Granville Avenue.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication.
