CHICAGO, JUNE 8, 2011

To the President and Members of the City Council:

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety, to which were referred (January 13, February 9, March 9, April 13, and May 4, 2011) proposed ordinances to establish and amend parking restrictions on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance submitted herewith.

This recommendation was concurred in by all members of the committee present, with no dissenting votes.

PARKING LIMITED:

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, Section 080, ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the operator of a vehicle shall not park such vehicle upon the following public way in the areas indicated during the hours specified:

WARD LOCATION

23 S. Kildare Avenue (east side) from Archer Avenue to the first alley

north, 1 hour parking, at all times, all days - 02011-3690;

23 S. Kolin Avenue (west side) from 51^st Street to the first alley north

1 hour parking, at all times, all days - O2011-3682;

23 W. 51^st Street (north side) from Kostner to Kolin Avenue, 2 hour

parking, at all times, all days - 02011-3680;

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.
