DIRECT INTRODUCTION BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That aa ordinance passed by the City Council on July 12,1974, prohibiting parking during specified hours on portions of sundry streets, be and the same is hereby amended by striking therefrom the following [page 8590 of the Journal of Proceedings]:

* South Damen Avenue On tbe east side of the street - from W. 55^th

Street to W. 79* Street - 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.-except Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays

and inserting in lieu thereof

"South Damen Avenue On the east side of the street - from W. 63"*

Street to W. 79* Street - 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.- except Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and publication.
