Ordered That the Director of Business Affairs and Licensing, the director of Revenue and the City Comptroller are hereby authorized and directed to cancel warrant for collection of the annual business license, account number 29757, in the amount of $2,200.00 charged to Washington & Jane Smith Community - Beverly for the premises located at 2315 W 112^th PL, Chicago, IL 60643.

This order shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and publication.
