ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINDED BY THE CITY COUINCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all the POS-1 Regional or Community Park District and Ml-1 Limited Manufacturing / Business Park District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 30-G in the areas bounded by

West 122^nd Street; South Racine Avenue; the alley next north of and parallel to West

122^nd Street; the alley next east of and parallel to South Racine Avenue; the southerly right-of-way line of Illinois Central Railroad; and South Aberdeen Street

to those of a RS-2 Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District and a corresponding uses district is hereby established in the area above described.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
