CITY COUNCIL July 6, 2011

Be It Ordained By the City Council of the City Of Chicago,

Section 1. The Commissioner of Buildings, The Commissioner of

Streets 8s Sanitation, Commissioner of Construction and Permits, The Commissioner of

Transportation and the Director of Revenue, are hereby directed to issue all necessary

special events permits and licenses, free of charge, notwithstanding other ordinances of

the City of Chicago to the contrary,

To: Our Lady of Good Counsel

3528 South Hermitage (All Festival Participants and Applicants)

Said special event shall be held exclusively for not-for-profit and related purposes and shall not be otherwise used with a view profit.

Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and

after its passage.
