BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

SECTION 1.    That the Commissioner of Buildings, the Executive Director of

Construction and Permits, the Director of Business Affairs and Licensing, the Commissioner of

Transportation, the Commissioner of Streets and Sanitation, the Commissioner of Environment,

the Commissioner of Fire, the Commissioner of Water Management, and the Director of

Revenue, are hereby authorized directed to issue all necessary permits, all on-site water/sewer

inspection fees, and all water/sewer plan review fees, free of charge, notwithstanding other

ordinances of the City of Chicago to the contrary,

To:    Union League Boys and Girls Clubs - Club One 2157 West 19^th Street Chicago, Illinois 60608

For:   Renovation and Expansion of Union League Boys and Girls Club, including the waiver of fees for: building permits, demolition permit, water cutoff fee, sewer and water permit, sidewalk closure permit, street closure permit, and oversize/overweight permits (for crane and equipment transportation).

Said building shall be used exclusively for not-for-profit and related purposes and shall not be leased or otherwise used with a view to profit, and the work thereon shall be done in accordance with plans submitted.

SECTION 2.   This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its

passage.
