AMEND CAB STAND

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

Section 1. That an ordinance passed by the City Council on April 14, 2010 page 89008 of the Journal of Proceedings which reads, East Walton street (south side), from a point 120' west of North Rush Street to a point 40' west thereof cab stand #798 (2 cabs) in designated area, be and the same is hereby amended by striking there from the following:

From a point 120' west of north rush street tap 40' west thereof cab stand #798 (2 cabs) and inserting in lieu thereof

From a point 100' west of North Rush Street tap 60' west thereof Cab Stand #798 (3 cabs)

Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force hereinafter its passage and publication.
