We have taken the liberty of completing the enclosed approval form for this signage, which we respectfully request you sign, and handle with the City Council and the Committee on Buildings on our behalf in our efforts to secure the appropriate sign permit.
Enclosed also is a "pending passage" letter that we additionally ask you forward to Alderman Solis to process and return to our office in order fo expedite the sign permit process.
