ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF CHICAGO CITY COUNCIL OF:

SECTION 1. All buildings owned and/or operated by the City of Chicago, the Chicago Public Building Commission, the Chicago Public Schools and the Chicago Public Library shall be equipped with an automated external defibrillator and its location be posted in prominent places throughout said facilities.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect 90 days after its passage and publication.
