ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF CHICAGO CITY COUNCIL OF:

SECTION 1. The Director of the Office of Budget and Management shall require all delegate agencies using funds obtained through City of Chicago Corporate Fund and/or any Community Development Block Grants to submit a background check conducted by a recognized governmental law enforcement agency of all personnel providing direct services to minors below the ages of 18.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect 30 days after its passage and publication.
