ORDERED That the Commissioner of the Chicago Department of Transportation be authorized and directed to devise an official placard for use the City of Chicago's 50 Aldermen that can be displayed on the dashboard of a vehicle that they are driving or being driven which identifies them as city officials and can be used in emergency situations.
