TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

The residents on the 4700 block on West Harrison Street wish to establish a Zoned Residential Permit Parking. There customers and employees of Maaco , Sparkle Car Wash and Anne's Pad (bar/lounge) park on the 4700 block on West Harrison Street. These businesses park on our block not allowing parking spaces for the residents who live there.
