CITY COUNCIL JULY 28, 2011

Be It Ordained By the City Council of the City Of Chicago,

Section 1.    The Commissioner of Buildings, The Commissioner of Streets & Sanitation, Commissioner of Construction and Permits, The Commissioner of Transportation and the Director of Revenue, are hereby directed to issue all necessary special events permits and licenses, free of charge, notwithstanding other ordinances of the City of Chicago to the contrary,

For: Annual Festival

To be held on: August 18-August 21, 2011

On the premises known as:      3528 South Hermitage

Said special event shall be held exclusively for not-for-profit and related purposes and shall not be otherwise used with a view profit.

Section 2.    This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
