BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. That the Commissioner of Buildings, Executive Director of Construction and Permits, the Commissioner of Streets and Sanitation, the Commissioner of Transportation, the Commissioner of Water Management, the Commissioner of Fire, and the Director of the Department of Revenue are hereby authorized and directed to issue all necessary special event permits and licenses, free of charge, notwithstanding other ordinances of the City of Chicago to the contrary,

For: Viva Aztlan Festival
To be held: August 26, 27, and 28, 2011
On the premises known as: S. Racine Avenue from W. 18th Street to W. 19th Street
Said special event shall be held exclusively for not-for-profit and related purposes and shall not be otherwise used with a view to profit.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage. /^~~\
