ORDERED, That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to give consideration to the establishment of a residential permit parking zone on the 2800 & 2900 block of Richmond, on both sides of the street, beginning at 2815 and up to 2932 N. Richmond, between Diversey and Avondale. All Days, All Times.
