BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

ORDERED, The Director of the Department of Revenue is hereby authorized and Advised to waive the Itinerant Merchant License Fees, Food Vendor License Fees and Street Closure Fees, for the West Town Chamber of Commerce's 1^st Annual Food Truck 2011 event; scheduled to take place August 27, 2011 on Milwaukee Avenue between Division (1200N) and Noble (1046N). between the hours of 12:00 Noon and 10:00pm.
