Director of Business Affairs
Office of Alderman Brendan Reilly, 42nd. Ward
325 W. Huron St., #510
Chicago, IL 60654
Dear Louis;
Thank you for your time yesterday and for sending me the application for a Loading Zone. As you are aware, Kinzie Park would like to get an approval for a Loading Zone along the north side of Kinzie Street from the Kinzie Park gatehouse to the railroad.
The building known as South River Park, which is the mid rise building at 400 N. Clinton and is a part of the Kinzie Park Homeowner's Association, has no other access for deliveries and moves in and out of the property. There are two garage entrances to South River Park from Kinzie Street. There are access doors to the property from Kinzie Street which are used for deliveries and moves into and out of the property. This is the only access the residents of the property have for this purpose.
Enclosed is the completed application, a Google Earth map identifying the location of the loading zone and pictures of the area. We would like to get approval for this loading zone as soon as possible.
Thank you for you assistance.
