BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That the Commissioner of Buildings, the Commissioner of Transportation, the Commissioner of Streets and Sanitation, the Commissioner of Fire, the Commissioner of Sewers, the Commissioner of Water, and the Director of Revenue, are hereby directed to issue all necessary permits, all on-site water/sewer inspection fees, all water/sewer plan review fees, fee of charge, notwithstanding other ordinances of the City of Chicago to the contrary,

To:    St. Paul Catholic Church

For:   Construction Fees On the premises known as: 2127 West 22^nd Place

Said building and other facilities shall be used exclusively for not-for-profit educational purposes and shall not be leased or otherwise used with a view to profit, and the work thereon shall be done in accordance with plans submitted.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
