BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.  Amend an ordinance passed February 11, 2009, printed on

page 55036, establishing a loading zone for the distances specified, during the hours

indicated as:

North Pulaski Road (east side) from a point 202 feet north of West LeMoyne Street to a point 35 feet north thereof—loading zone—8:00 A.M. to 4:400 P.M. and 6:00 P.M. to 1:00 A.M.—Monday through Friday and 8:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. Saturday and Sunday - tow-away zone (08-02350557)

Is hereby amended by striking the strike-through language and inserting the underscored language as follows:

Sunday through Thursday 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M 6:00 P.M. to.1:00 A.M.— Friday and Saturday - at all times

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force hereinafter its passage and publication. _
