PARKING PROHIBITED DURING SPECIFIED HOURS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, Section 080, of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the operator of a vehicle shall not park such vehicle upon the following public way in the areas indicated during the hours specified:
WARD PARKING PROHIBITED DURING SPECIFIC HOURS
23 Repeal ordinance passed April 15, 1995, page 67622 which
reads: S. Menard Ave. (east side) from S. Archer Ave to first alley north thereof - One Hour Parking, 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM, All Days by striking above -- 11-02459684 [O2011 -3685]
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety, to which were referred proposed ordinances to establish and amend parking restrictions on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinances submitted herewith.
This recommendation was concurred in by all members of the committee present, with no dissenting votes.
