BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD OF ILLINOIS Acct. No. 69289 -1 Permit No. 1096742
Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD OF ILLINOIS, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, three (3) Ramp(s) on the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 300 E. Randolph St
Said Ramp(s) at E. Randolph (handicap access ramp) measure(s):
One (1) at twenty-five (25) feet in length, and twenty-six (26) feet in width for a total of six hundred fifty (650) square feet. Existing handicapped accessible ramp shall be along the north side of East Randolph Street, existing ramp shall conform to A.D.A. requirements.
Said Ramp(s) at E. Randolph (roadway ramp upper level) measure(s):
One (1) at twenty-four point one six (24.16) feet in length, and twenty-three (23) feet in width for a total of five hundred fifty-five point six eight (555.68) square feet.
Said Ramp(s) at E. Randolph (roadway ramp interemediate level) measure(s):
One (1) at twenty-six point six six (26.66) feet in length, and twenty-three (23) feet in width for a total of six hundred thirteen point one eight (613.18) square feet. Existing sidewalk supported by structural steel along the east side of North Columbus Drive shall provide access to the intermediate entry level.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Transportation (Division of Project Development) and Mayor's Office for People with Disabilities.
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
