To the President and Members of the City Council:
Your Committee on Transportation and Public Way begs leave to report and recommend that Your Honorable Body pass the proposed ordinance transmitted herewith for a grant of privilege in the public way to RIVER NORTH DEVCO, LLC - 02011-6831 to construct, install, maintain and use ten (10) caissons under the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 71 West Hubbard Street. This ordinance was referred to the Committee on July 28, 2011.
This recommendation was concurred unanimously by a viva voce vote of the members of the Committee with no dissenting vote.

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to RIVER NORTH DEVCO, LLC, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to construct, install, maintain and use ten (10)Caisson(s) under the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 71 W. Hubbard St
Said Caisson(s) at N.Clark measure(s):
Two (2) at twelve point five (12.5) feet in length, and four point seven five (4.75) feet in width for a total of one hundred eighteen point seven five (118.75) square feet.
