Your Committee on Transportation and Public Way begs leave to report and recommend that Your Honorable Body pass The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for McKellin's on 01/13/2009, and printed upon page 54163 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by amended by deleting the words four (4) feet in length and located along north California and inserting in their place the words twenty (20) feet in length and located along West Touhy Avenue. This ordinance was referred to the Committee on July 28, 2011.
This recommendation was concurred unanimously by a viva voce vote of the members of the Committee with no dissenting vote.
