Your Committee on Transportation and Public Way begs leave to report and recommend that Your Honorable Body pass the proposed ordinance transmitted herewith for a grant of privilege in the public way to EUROPEAN CLASSIC - 02011-6521 to construct, maintain and use one (1) awning over the public way attached to the structure located at 5930 North Elston Avenue. This ordinance was referred to the Committee on July 28, 2011.
This recommendation was concurred unanimously by a viva voce vote of the members of the Committee with no dissenting vote.

SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to EUROPEAN CLASSIC, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, one (1) Awning(s) projecting over the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 5930 N. Elston Ave
Said Awning(s) at N. Elston measure(s):
One (1) at forty-one point five (41.5) feet in length, and three point five (3.5) feet in width for a total of one hundred forty-five point two five (145.25) square feet.
