Your Committee on Transportation and Public Way begs leave to report and recommend that Your Honorable Body pass the proposed ordinance transmitted herewith for a grant of privilege in the public way to 1250 NORTH PAULINA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION - O2011-6524 to maintain and use, as now constructed, three (3) bay windows projecting over the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 1250 North Paulina Street. This ordinance was referred to the Committee on July 28, 2011.
This recommendation was concurred unanimously by a viva voce vote of the members of the Committee with no dissenting vote.

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to 1250 NORTH PAULINA CONDOMINIUM ¦ASSOCIATION, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, three (3) Bay Window(s) projecting over the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 1250 N. Paulina St
Said Bay Window(s) at N. Paulina measure(s):
One (1) at fourteen point three three (14.33) feet in length, and two (2) feet in width for a total of twenty-eight point six six (28.66) square feet.
Said Bay Window(s) at W. Moorman measure(s):
Two (2) at fifteen (15) feet in length, and two (2) feet in width for a total of sixty (60) square feet....
