Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to OMNI CHICAGO HOTEL, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, twelve (12) Planter(s) on the public right-of-way for beautification purposes adjacent to its premises known as 676 N. Michigan Ave
Said Planter(s) at HURON ST. measure(s):
One (1) at ten (10) feet in length, and two (2) feet in width for a total of twenty (20) square feet. Said Planter(s) at HURON ST. measure(s):
Five (5) at three point eight three (3.83) feet in length, and one point three three (1.33) foot in width for a total of twenty-five point four seven (25.47) square feet.
Said Planter(s) at HURON ST. measure(s):
Two (2) at fifteen (15) feet in length, and two (2) feet in width for a total of sixty (60) square feet. Said Planter(s) at HURON ST measure(s):
Two (2) at two (2) feet in length, and two (2) feet in width for a total of eight (8) square feet. Said Planter(s) at MICHIGAN AVE. measure(s):
Two (2) at four (4) feet in length, and four (4) feet in width for a total of thirty-two (32) square feet.
Grantee must allow the required clear and unobstructed space for pedestrian passage at all times per rules and regulations approved by the Department of Transportation.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Planning and Development and Department of Transportation (Division of Project Development).
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
