BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

ORDERED, The Director of the Department of Revenue is hereby authorized and advised to waive the Street Closure, in association with the Eckhart Park Advisory Council which is hosting, Eckhart Park Run to Fun 5K, to be held, September 17, 2011 between the hours of 6am to 12Noon. Assemble area Elizabeth St. & W. Chicago Ave., Noble St. & W. Chicago Avenue in Chicago.
