BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.  Amend an ordinance passed October 8, 2002, printed on page 40126, establishing No Parking-Loading Zone, Tow Zone on West Belmont Avenue (south side) from a point 185 feet east of North Leclaire Avenue, to a point 35 feet east thereof - 6:00 am to 6:00 pm - Monday through Saturday - tow-away zone (08-01156318) by repealing the above in its entirely.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force hereinafter its passage and publication.
