BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

SECTION 1. Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director of the Finance is hereby authorized and directed to exempt:

NARE 2935 LLC from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities at 2935 W. Peterson Ave.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
