BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Andres Esquivel of Chi City Auto Sales, Inc. from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress 1914-1916 N Cicero Avenue.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and publication.

I am aware of the application for an Alley Ingress/Egress Access for Chi City Auto Sales, Inc. located at 1914-1916 N Cicero Avenue, Chicago, IL 60639. 1 have no objections to this application and I will introduce an ordinance at the City Council meeting scheduled for July 20, 2022, exempting Chi City Auto Sales, Inc. from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress/egress.
