MEMORIAL RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, It is with great sadness that the members of this Chamber learned of the March 14, 2013 death of Stephani Bilski; and

WHEREAS, The City Council has been informed of her passing by the Honorable Margaret Laurino, Alderman of the 39^th Ward; and

WHEREAS, Stephani Bilski was an active and vital member of her community. The beloved wife of the late Stanley for forty-five years; loving mother of Sigmund (Dale), Steve (Donna), and John; caring grandmother of Brian (Jacalyn), Bridget, Dennis, Steven, and Denise, she leaves a legacy of faith, compassion, dignity and love; and

WHEREAS, Throughout her life, Stephani touched the lives of all who knew her through her kindness, her generosity, her heart, and her spirit. Stephani will be deeply missed, but the memory of her character, intelligence and compassion will live on in those who knew and loved her; now, therefore,

Be It Resolved, That we, the Mayor and members of the City Council of the City of Chicago, gathered here this tenth day of April 2013, do hereby express our sorrow on the death of Stephani Bilski and extend to her family and friends our deepest sympathy; and
