We are in receipt of your latest iteration of ihe signage design drawings and shop details from your sign contractor, Olympic Signs ol'Lombard, IL dated November 8. 2018, attached hereto.
The sign as presently designed and proposed meets our sign guidelines and we have no objections to its design as noted below, and. reviewed and approved by Robert Traulh of Newmark Knight Frank our Owner's Representative and Agent in matters related to design and construction.
We simply ask the following:

The sign shall not exceed 336 square feet. As submitted, il meets this requirement at 313.39 square feet.
The sign back panel shall not exceed Ihe height ofthe spandrel (area above the seventh-floor windows) and shall not be seen from the tenant space on the seventh floor of the building. As submitted, it meets this requirement.
Only the face ofthe sign may be illuminated. Top and side edges may not be illuminated and must prevent light from infiltrating the tenant space on the seventh floor ofthe building. As submitted, it meets this requirement.
You may proceed with fabrication, production and installation of ihe sign pursuant to Cily of Chicago approval. Please ensure your sign contractor provides us with a copy of its sign permit prior lo installation.
Provide appropriate and code approved method of fastening the sign to the spandrel panels. Sign contractor to verify spandrel material prior to sign installation.
Connect sign to existing power source to be metered on Derick Dermatology's electrical panel. Contractor to verify location of power source prior to installation.
