Dear Alderman Graham,
Enclosed please find a copy of the sign in question depicting an existing double face ground sign on Roosevelt Road in the middle of the property.
Since the display is over 24 feet in height and/or 100 square feet in area a Council Order will be required as stipulated in the New Section 14-40-120 entitled "Council Approval" which was added to the Municipal Code by virtue ofthe Ordinance passed April 13,1994 and as amended February 5,1998.
For that reason, it would be appreciated if you would introduce to the City Council at its next meeting, your request to grant to White Way Sign, permission to permit this double face display.
