The City of Chicago has granted your organization a "Tag Day" permit for charitable solicitation on the public way. Pursuant to Chapter 10-8-150 of the Municipal Code of the Citv of Chicago, each organization must file with the Committee on Finance, a statement of all receipts and disbursements made from such charitable solicitation.
