ORDINANCE AMENDMENT Acct. No. 57741 -1 Permit No. 1093110
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
Section 1:
The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for NEW 51 ST & WESTERN CURRENCY on 02/09/2011, and printed upon page 112355 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words "Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to NEW 51 ST & WESTERN CURRENCY, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use three (3) sign(s) projecting over the public right-of-way attached to its premises known as 5102 S. Western Ave
Said sign structure(s) measures as follows; along S Western Ave:
One (1) at twelve (12) feet in length, four (4) feet in height and twelve (12) feet
above grade level.
One (1) at eleven (11) feet in length, three point six seven (3.67) feet in height and eleven (11) feet above grade level.
One (1) at thirty-three (33) feet in length, two (2) feet in height and eleven (11) feet above grade level.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Zoning Department - Signs.
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
The grantee shall pay to the City of Chicago as compensation for the privilege #1093110 herein granted the sum of nine hundred ($900.00) per annum"
and inserting in their place the words
"Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to NEW 51 ST & WESTERN CURRENCY, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use two (2) sign(s) projecting over the public right-of-way attached to its premises known as 5102 S. Western Ave
Said sign structure(s) measures as follows; along S Western Ave:
One (1) at twelve (12) feet in length, four (4) feet in height and twelve (12) feet
above grade level.
One (1) at thirty-three (33) feet in length, two (2) feet in height and eleven (11) feet above grade level.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Zoning Department - Signs.
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
The grantee shall pay to the City of Chicago as compensation for the privilege #1093110 herein granted the sum of six hundred ($600.00) per annum"
Section 2:
This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
