RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, God in His infinite Wisdom has called RoseMarie Torres to her eternal reward; and

WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of her passing by the Honorable Marty Quinn, Alderman ofthe 13^th Ward; and

WHEREAS, RoseMarie Torres Beloved Wife of the late Carlos Sr. Loving Mother of Carlos Jr., Anthony, Philip and the late Ralph. Dearest Grandmother of Krystina, Justin and Mateo. RoseMarie Torres leaves a legacy of faith, dignity, compassion and love; now, therefore

BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and members of the Chicago City Council gathered here this fifteenth day of April, 2015, do hereby express our sorrow on the death of RoseMarie Torres and extend to her family and friends our deepest sympathy.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be prepared and presented to the family of RoseMarie Torres.
