RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Javon Alexander Jordan Wilson has gone to his eternal reward; and
WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of his passing by Alderman Edward M; .Burke; and
WHEREAS, Born on January 29, 2001, Javon Alexander Jordan Wilson was the loving son of Iishia and Stacey; and
WHEREAS, Javon Alexander Jordan Wilson was the brother of Khaliah, Jeremy, Justin and S.tacey Jr. and was the much-adored maternal grandson of Linda and Frank Tarver and the paternal grandson of the Honorable Danny K. and Vera Davis and is survived by a host of other relatives including Martha Wilson; and
WHEREAS, A promising young man, Javon Alexander Jordan Wilson graduated from Henderson Elementary School and was attending the Perspective Math and Science Academy in Chicago; and
WHEREAS, Javon Alexander Jordan Wilson's favorite subject was mathematics and he attended basketball camp two years in a row where he was given the opportunity to interact with professional basketball players; and
WHEREAS, Known for his beautiful smile, Javon Alexander Jordan
Wilson loved to laugh and j;
oke with his friends and family; and
WHEREAS, The grace andi goodness, of Javon Alexander Jordan Wilson serve as an example to all; and
WHEREAS, To his beloved family, Javon Alexander Jordan Wilson imparts a legacy of faithfulness, service and dignity; now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and the members of the Chicago City Council, assembled this fourteenth day of December, 2016, do
hereby commemorate Javon Alexander Jordan Wilson for his grace-filled young life and do. hereby, express our condolences to his family; and
