ORDERED, That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to give consideration to the establishment of a residential permit parking zone on the   3100 block of West 53^rd Place . from South Albany Avenue to the first alley east of South Kedzie Avenue, on both sides of the street, at all times , Sunday thru Saturday,
